Section 41
Grievance Management Committee
(1) There will be a Grievance Management Committee in each Special Economic Zone as follows for handling complaints related to services, conditions and facilities of workers or employees working in industries established within the Special Economic Zone.
(a) Senior Officer of concerned Special Economic Zone Office – Coordinator
(b) One representative on behalf of the investors within the relevant special economic zone – Member
(c) One representative on behalf of the labor organizations within the relevant special economic zone – Member
(2) According to sub-section (1), the arrangements for submitting and hearing complaints to the Grievance Management Committee shall be as prescribed.
(3) The party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the committee under sub-section (1) may appeal to the Labor Court within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information of the decision and the decision of the Labor Court shall be final.
